Buyer has asked for a different postage service after paying.

I listed an item with second class postal service. The item sold and the buyer paid. The buyer has now been in touch and asked me to send the item to a BFPO address. Only a first class service is available to BFPO addresses, so if I were to do this I would be out of pocket. How do I sort... more…

Do I have to accept a return? if it didn't fit but was the size they wanted. I sold a apir of shoes in perfect condition quickly and now the buyer wants to return them, because they don't fit but are the right size. Before buying they didn't ask about returns. more…
