how do i set e-bay uk as my e-bay homepage

On the right hand side of your My eBay page there's some some text saying 'The My eBay landing page is set to Summary', with a blue change text link next to it.  If you click on that, you should be able to set your page to open where you want.

You can also do it via your browser.  Click on Edit, top of your screen > Preferences > General > Home Page > insert required URL.
