I have completed my listing including returns policy section but everytime i try to submit it comes back to answer the highlighted section regarding returns policy.  It is not highlighted and has been answered.

Hi,

 

Try using the 'save for later' link top right.  Then delete cookies/cache and log out and in again.  Click on the 'sell' tab and you'll see a link top left of the box to continue with your listing.

 

Or try using a different browser.
