When you list an item for sale and you get a bid, Ebay states your item will sell, this is not correct, just because a bid has been placed there is no guarantee it will be honoured, there are non payers timewasters etc, better to state there are bids on your item rather than than say your "item...

I sold an item but then realised my account had been hacked into and my PayPal details had been changed. I dispatched the item before I realised. When I reported the problem to eBay, they changed the details back but told the buyer to cancel payment which he did. Now I am in the situation...

I purchased a counterfeit copy of Microsoft Office Pro 2010, found in to be counterfeit returned it to Microsoft who provided me with a letter verifying said fact.
I tried to leave the following feedback "Counterfeit disc returned to Microsoft ebay refunded transaction."

I despatched a parcel and this was returned addressee not at this address. the buyer had change address after i sent the item i said that i would repost if the buyer paid the repostage where do i stand as buyer took me to ebay

I bought an item on ebay and I contacted the seller and he agreed to cancel transaction, you can view both messages, so why have ebay marked an unpaid item against me

I have just edited some of my listings and added a postage surcharge to certain areas like Scottish highlands, but how can I check if they have actually been added. when I go to one of the items and click on the postage details it doesn't mention this surcharge and I don't want to sell the item...

I am currently selling 2 gift cards and a couple of poeple have asked if I will email them the number if they win to save on postage? am I correct in assuming I will not be covered if they decide to say they haven't received it as there is no proof of delivery other than the email communication?

My buyer is not reponding to my emails requesting the return of an item. She went to the Resolution Centre 4 days after buying wnen I offered a full refund with return of the item She then quickly expediated the case and was refunded !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
