As requested, a place for us to ask for help and advice from other stitchers and to show the things we make.
Over to you.
Loud and angry doesn't make you right. It just means you're loud and angry.

Glad you enjoyed it ck. Don't you find that often, the things you don't look forward to, sometimes turn out more enjoyable than the things you do look forward to?

yes, your right CG, it was lovely, there were a few tears when they cut the cake, the groom was a twin who's brother sadly lost his battle with cancer at 21, I had shared shifts with his family sitting with him in his final week in the hospice & attended his wedding only 10 days before just 2yrs ago.
He had had a huge framed pic of him sitting by the cake so he "could be there" ....... it was a lovely "moving" moment " I do love knitting patterns.”

No huggles wasn't totally sober. Friend is very funny! Sadly she has split from her hubby since they moved to Spain. Bit worried that all she has is work and 14 year old daughter. Think I need to go and stay and check she's ok. She's an estate agent and the average property costs a million peaking with one at 9 million. I could do some viewings for her! Afternoon all.
Well this morning the weather was lovely and sunny but is now black and persisting down.
Still have a slightly sore head this morning as it was youngests birthday yesterday so we had a bit of a lock-in that went on until 5.30 this morning and am now regretting it slightly Happiness often sneaks in through a door you didn't know you left open.

Self inflicted pain! It's like summer here. Just about to take Damson to the beach. Loud and angry doesn't make you right. It just means you're loud and angry.

Well it was lovely down there. Quite a brisk breeze but it blew the cobwebs away. Loads of kite surfers & wind surfers zooming about. Loud and angry doesn't make you right. It just means you're loud and angry.

Sunny here.. but no heat in it..and even less now it's moved round..
been in the garden, dug over a raise bed and put up a tunnel cloche ready for the peas.., sown loads of seeds in the greenhouse and potted on some of those from the bedroom windowsill.
come indoors now cos I suddenly felt very cold, cheeks are glowing!
hmm.. ironing or knitting next
hard decision that one Time isn't a straight line. It's all... bumpy-wumpy. There's loads of boring stuff. Like Sundays and Tuesdays and Thursday afternoons. But now and then there are Saturdays.”
